  Bad service, employee didn't know how to do simple edits to a document and wanted to charge me extra to flounder around in Microsoft Publisher, went to Office Depot down the road instead to print what I needed.

  My Sales Associate was Monte P. and he was great! I am technology challenged and was able to just hand him my phone with the PDF and magically, my daughters birthday invites were printed. He knew the appropriate weight of paper and included envelopes!! Thank you Monte!!
