  DONT GO HERE!! Seriously avoid this place at all costs. They have TERRIBLE customer service (no eye contact, rushed, long waits, try to upsell you, are not transparent, do not explain, etc.) My husband enrolled in a plan that he was later dissatisfied with and was extra charged. He returned to store to have them fix mistake and was assured it was completed. Weeks later he saw it wasn’t, called and they couldn’t do anything over phone so had to return to store again. What a hassle. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and go to Verizon down the road (and if you want exceptional customer service, ask for Charles). I saw how horrible AT&T customer service (and rates) were for my husband, and I’ve been so pleased with Verizon. Management seriously needs to retrain all their staff at AT&T.
